Overbridges - For Heavy Plant Equipment and all General Traffic.

Bridging JSK-units are designed to carry heavy plant and site
equipment such
as high capacity dumptrucks and heavy haulage vehicles. Thus
they are very suitable for use on construction projects.
These units can also be used for temporary overbridges or
for permanent applications wherever short span bridges for
general traffic are required.
The
units are made in 1.50 metre wide modules, with a structure
depth
of 0.30 or 0.45 metres and come in 5 different lengths. [see
table]
By
joining the units sideways, road widths in multiples of 1.5
metres can be achieved.
The outside units are fitted with parapets and kerbs.
The low structure depth of the units allows their use for
overbridges
where headroom space is critical. The use of extensive abutments
can also be avoided with the JSK-units.
In marshy areas or soft ground conditions, units can be laid
direct on the ground to form temporary access roads, able
to carry heavy loads.
